National Tour: Day 1 – Manchester

England Korfball Chairman Craig Gosing has today (11 April) completed the first stop on his National tour, meeting representatives from the clubs based in and around Manchester.

The roundtable session was attended by representatives from Manchester Hawks, Manchester Warriors, Manchester Uni and Manchester City.

Speaking shortly after the meeting Craig said: “I really enjoyed meeting loads of new faces from Manchester and hearing some great suggestions on how to really engage our members”

Over the next six weeks Craig and members of the England Korfball Board will be meeting Area Associations and clubs up and down the country to learn more about their local programs, and to listen to their views ahead of our Annual General Meeting and the ongoing Membership Consultation.

The next confirmed stop on the National Tour will be in Norfolk on Monday, 18 April 2016.

Anna Flanders, Manchester Korfball Club: “Great to meet @EnglandKorfball chair @CraigGosling tonight to discuss the bigger picture for our sport”
