Darius Greenidge wins the Legal & General University Student of the Year award

The Legal & General University Student of the Year award recognises a student who has made a valuable commitment to their University Korfball club.

The winner of the Legal & General University Student of the Year award this year was nominated for his outstanding work with the University of Liverpool Club. As a founding member of the club, he has been instrumental in their success both on and off the court over the last three years.

As president he has ensured the club’s long term success by doubling the club’s membership, securing equipment, coaching and refereeing. He has worked tirelessly to support not just the University club, but also the North West Korfball League and has even found time for charity fundraising.
