Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can only be purchased online using our partner, Eventbrite. Click here to buy your tickets. Tickets are valid for the whole weekend.

Children’s tickets

Children under 5 can sit on a knee and don’t require a ticket. Children aged between 5-15 years will need to purchase a ticket. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Where are my tickets?

Your e-ticket will be attached as a PDF file on the confirmation email that you would have received when you booked your tickets.

I’ve lost my tickets – what can I do?

If you have misplaced your tickets or think they have been stolen, the first step is to contact us here and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Is the K2 Crawley wheelchair accessible?

Yes! K2 Crawley is accessible for wheelchair users. There are two lifts available which can access all levels.

Car Parking

The K2 Crawley has a large free on-site car park, subject to availability. There are also a number of nearby overflow carparks. Please do not park illegally and please leave the area quietly.

When will the match schedule be announced?

Here’s the links to the England Korfball League semi-finals schedule and the Promotional Playoff schedule. The Final will start at 4.30pm on Sunday, 7th May 2017.

What times are the matches?

There are 7 matches each day, 5 promotional playoff matches and 2 England Korfball League matches. The promotional playoff matches start at 9.40am on Saturday and 9.30am on Sunday.

What time do the doors open?

You will be able to access the main arena from 9am. K2 Crawley opens at 8am, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy a drink in the cafe.

What else can I do at K2 Crawley?

The K2 Crawley is a fantastic facility, click here to visit the centre’s website for a full list of activities. There is an onsite cafe where you can grab a bite to eat, the bar will be open from midday. In between the matches why not go for a swim, test out the diving boards, tackle the climbing wall or simply take a stroll through Tilgate Park.

I’d like to bring a large group of friends/ school children etc, what can I do?

Check out our group booking discount for big savings! There are discounts for students and OAPs. Children under 5 do not require a ticket.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

We regret that we cannot exchange or refund tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example venue, date etc). However, you are able to transfer your tickets to someone else.

Security Searches

For the safety of spectators, event stewards may conduct security searches of bags and reserve the right to refuse admission.

Can I take a camera/ video recorder into the venue?

The use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment (including without limitation, mobile phones or other devices used for such purpose), is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.

Filming

We will be filming the matches. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.
