Bromley Korfball Club appoint new Senior Head Coach

Bromley KC have appointed the experienced National League Coach Dave Butters as the club’s new Senior Head Coach on a minimum two year contract.

 

Club coach Bill Berry said: “Everyone at the club is delighted that we have secured the services of such an experienced coach,

 

“Dave’s decision is a vote of confidence in our club and a real boost for everyone involved”.

 

Bromley have been quietly building a sustainable and vibrant club as a junior outfit, but have now evolved into a club that will have five junior teams and two senior teams this coming season.

 

Bromley KC are London’s only Sport England Clubmark accredited Korfball club.

 

Speaking about the appointment Dave Butters said “Bromley have some very talented young players and together with one or two additions, I’m confident that with hard work and the right mental approach, we will be able to mount a credible challenge for promotion into the London Regional League this season ”

 

Bill Berry “We currently have a playing membership of 64 including juniors and seniors. This demonstrates that we are an ambitious club and we’d like you to be part of it. We are looking to strengthen our senior team for next season as we are losing a few male players to university.
