Part of the remit of the grant secured by England Korfball Internationals included Coaching Clinics to assist with the delivery of a consistent approach to korfball training in England. Bromley Korfball Club were the first to step up and take advantage of this new development.
Bromley’s coach Bill Berry is always on the look out for new ideas and approaches. These Coaching Clinics were a great opportunity for the coach and players alike, so Berry immediately signed up 17 of his club’s young players, ranging in age from U11 to U16.
On Saturday 13th February players from the England Senior Korfball Squad were on hand to participate at this inaugural England Korfball Coaching Clinic, run by England Senior Head Coach Colin Boys with his assistant Steve Johnson. For the younger players .....
