Notes:

  1. If a new club if formed with more than 66% of its players from existing clubs, it will only be treated as a new club if the existing club(s) remains in membership
  2. All of the above fees shall be paid on, or before, 1st November to the EKA, fees unpaid at by that date shall attract a fine at the rate of £10 per week or part thereof

Note: Fees for University/College Clubs shall be paid to the EKA by no later than 1st February.

CLUB REBATE SCHEME for Season 2011/12

An affiliated Club that paid the full registration fees in season 2010/11 (i.e. £195.00 per team) and which had registered full-time students, and/or registered players under the age of 18, may apply for a rebate under the following conditions:

1.  Each student/U18 player applied for must have played in at least eight or two-thirds, of their Area Competition matches, whichever is the lower, between 1 September and 31 March in season 2010/11.
2.  (a) For each qualifying student the rebate shall be £7.00
     (b) For each qualifying U18 the rebate shall be £7.00.
     (c) The maximum rebate shall be £70.00 per team
3.  The rebate shall only be paid by the EKA to the club on application and provided that the full fees are paid on time by the due date of 1st November 2011 Rebate may not be deducted from payment of fees except with specific prior agreement. The closing date for claiming rebates shall be 1st November 2011 and the names of qualifying players must be supplied to the EKA Finance Officer.
4.  The Club is responsible for providing copies of the relevant match forms and registration details if requested to do so.


Payment
Clubs are required to affiliate to the EKA through fixtureslive.com; the affiliation process includes a combined payment for Affiliation, Registration and Insurance. Payments should be made to the English Korfball Association and be accompanied by the Fixture Live generated invoice and sent to:
