Korfball has been played in England for over 60 years.
Korfball was started in South London in 1946 and has spread out from there. There are numerous clubs in London and Kent who were closest to the initial focus, but there are now leagues and clubs in action all over England.
Areas where korfball is currently played include North West, Staffordshire and Cheshire, South West, East Midlands, West Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, London, Kent, Oxfordshire. Check out the Club Finder for all the clubs in those Areas.
There are clubs and teams to suit everyone, from beginners to international athletes; clubs will always welcome new players.
A variety of competitive games are available, in local Area and Regional leagues, to Cup games and to England Korfball's top competition, the Haven Sports Korfball League where teams from London, Kent, Norwich and Nottingham compete to be the best team in England.
